Cabinet Locks
The Alpro ACL200 is a compact sized cabinet lock designed to be fitted in display cases, cabinets and lockers with either swing or sliding doors requiring electronic control and where keys are not a practicable solution. Its innovative design enables the cabinet lock to be fitted vertically or horizontally whilst receiving the striker plate from the front, side or slide entry positions. Monitored version available (ACL200M)
The ACL200 cabinet lock offers maximum flexibility and alignment adjustment whilst maintaining an excellent level of security for its size.
This cabinet lock has a stainless steel striker with a holding force of >250kg.
Compact case size 70mm (H) x 35mm (W) x 30mm (D).

Compact Shearlocks
The Alpro EMS1200 compact shearlock magnet is available in mortice or surface mount models (including glass mount) and offer slimline dimensions whilst maintaining high physical security. Independently tested to 500,000 cycles, the compact size combined with 1200kg of proven shear holding force makes this compact shearlock both innovative and easy to install.

This compact shearlock magnet boasts oher benefits including a built in PCB controller with switch selectable features and a plug in 3m flying lead. Adjustable time delay (0-30 seconds) and multiple relock facility complement the shearlocks features.
Fully monitored hall effect - max 24vDC at 1amp with door position switch.
Versatile installation for both single or double action doors. Mortice, surface & glass mount.

Deadlocking Bolts
The Alpro DB25 deadlocking bolt incorporates the latest design innovations to be applied to the manufacture of a transverse action deadlocking solenoid bolt. This Ultra-slim design enables fixing into very narrow sections whilst an advanced microprocessor module provides power reduction allowing for continuous operation without heat generation as well as automatic voltage regulation, dual monitoring and access control features. A 38mm deadlocking bolt is also available.
The DB25 series of deadlocking bolts offer high physical security with a holding force of 1,000kg - automatic deadlocking with a bolt throw of 16mm.
Robust construction with stainless steel bolt of 12.7mm diameter, linkages and springs. 3mm stainless steel faceplate and strike plates with fully enclosed mechanism. Radius and sqaure ended faceplates available.
Versatile installation designed to provide concealed high security locking on any single or double action, hinged or sliding door in timber or metal for vertical or horizontal mounting.

ANSI Electric Strike AL110
The Alpro AL110 series is an ANSI style electric strike complete with stainless steel short or long faceplates for use in metal or timber door applications.
This AL110 electric strike is 12/24v selectable with a stainless steel faceplate & striker and a holding force of 1,750kg (3,860lbs).
35mm overall depth compact cast aluminium body & has a deep jaw which accepts a 13mm latch bolt.
Low current consumption - 200mA - 12vDC / 100mA - 24vDC continuous (+15%).

Rim Electric Strike AL150
The Alpro AL150 series security electric rim strikes are designed for use with the majority of popular rim latches used on timber door applications.
The AL150 electric strike is 12/24v selectable with a stainless steel striker and a holding force of 750kg (1,680lbs). Has a compact cast aluminium body enclosed in one-part case and is finished in Black polyester powder paint.
Low current consumption - 200mA - 12vDC / 100mA - 12vDC continuous (?15%).

Waterproof Keypads
The Alpro waterproof keypads are simple to install and user friendly. These aesthetically designed and vandal resistant keypads are suitable for up to 200 users. Available as either a self contained or two part access control system.
These waterproof keypads are slim and secure and use solid state Piezo technology so there are no moving parts and are manufactured to highest standards for external or internal use. Anodised graphics for long life and wear resistant.
The solid one-piece construction ensures vandal and tamper resistance. They operate over a wide temperature range (-40oF to +250oF) and are weather resistant to IP68 protection which is the highest certification available.
Visual and audible feedback - timeout functions for code entry and programming.
Variable length codes from 4 to 8 digits can be used simultaneously with up to 200 user codes, 100 million combinations.
Electrical features - 2 amp changeover relay. 12vAC or 12-24vDC (+) power 120mA max.

Waterproof Exit Switches
iThe Alpro waterproof exit switches are available in natural aluminium with and without LED and two different switch plate sizes ? MK 1 gang and Narrow Style for flush or surface mounting.
These waterproof exit switches offer fully weatherproofed to IP68 protection which is the highest certification available. Requiring only light pressure to operate they are tested to in excess of 500,000 cycles and are tamper and vandal resistant.

They use solid state Piezo technology so there are no moving parts and are manufactured to high standards.
Switch activiation time - one shot 120m sec.
Electrical features - normally open. Max 0.2A @ 24vAC/DC (1.0A model available on request).
Intrinsically safe - switches without LED. UL certified.

Door Handles
Alpro door handles are designed for aluminum, timber and glass door applications. They are bold and modern in appearance, as well as being practical in everyday use. Manufactured in a variety of diameters and finishes, the look and feel is strong and robust, yet pleasing on the eye. Available from stock in both stainless steel and aluminium, along with powder coated and nylon coated versions, these handles do indeed make an impression. Deadlatches
Europrofile Cylinder and Round Mortise Cylinder deadlatches are available in a range of faceplate finishes and backsets.
These deadlatches offer flexible control of situations and can be used in conjunction with electric strikes to provide the added option of remote access control. Designed to operate on doors with 3mm door gaps.

Deadlocks
Europrofile, Round Mortise and Round Mortise Cylinder deadlocks are all available in a range of faceplate finishes and backsets. The stainless steel laminated lockbolts come in both bar and hookbolt versions.
The locks provide security deadlocking for a variety of aluminium doors including sliding and swinging applications. The hookbolt is 5 ply laminated, with a case hardened centre core and hardened roll pin to resist hacksaw attack. All locks are designed to accept standard cylinders or thumbturns.

Functionality
The overhead door closer is designed to be concealed within the transom header bar of the door. It provides controlled closing of a single or double action, aluminium door or doors. Features built into the closer include a dual closer speeds to allow flexibility in closing; three levels of spring strength and 90? hold open facility. The closer comes complete with its own fixing pack and comprehensive fixing instructions. Various arms and spindle lengths are available on request.

The Alpro AL2000 series high security monitored electric strikes are designed for timber and metal door applications.
The AL2000 electric strike is 12/24v selectable with a stainless steel one part body & striker with a holding force of 1,380kg (3,000lbs). It has a 26mm overall depth, compact shallow body.

Solenoid Bolt EB250 & EB250KO
The Alpro EB250 and EB250KO key override solenoid bolts allow for both remote access and exit control of most timber, metal and UPVC doors. It is also suitable for sliding or swing, single or double action operations. It can be fitted in the frame or in the door. With concealed mortise mounting and slimline styling the bolts suit most narrow stile aluminium doors and narrow profile joinery.
The EB250 series of solenoid bolts offer high physical security with a holding force of 1,000kg and a bolt throw of 14mm.

Mini Electric Bolt EB501
The Alpro EB501 electric mini bolt allows for remote access and exit control of most timber, metal and UPVC doors. Suitable for sliding or swing, single and double action operations. It can be fitted in the frame or in the door and is also suitable for narrow profile joinery cabinets and showcases.

Infrared Proximity Switch PB86
The Alpro PB86 infrared proximity switch is designed to be used in conjunction with the full range of Alpro access control products. This infrared proximity switch offers contactless features offering sterile and hygienic operation.
The simple swipe of the hand operates the switch, ensuring no contact is required. A feature especially important with the onset of MRSA and other infectious bacteria currently prevalent in hospitals and other communal areas.
