Our guarantee means that if you are unsatisfied with any of your castings we simply replace them or deduct them from your total. We are confident in our quality control procedures, but as precision casters we can only produce castings as good as the master patterns our customers provide. Due to this we offer pattern consultation and a comprehensive pattern appraisal prior to production.
