Rolled and Welded Tube
Deepdale Engineering are specialists in the supply of precision rolled and welded tube and associated tubular products including cans, strakes, tubulars, cylinders, drums, and cones. We offer rolled and welded tube from 500mm up to 4000mm diameter and from 6mm up to 80mm wall thickness.
Our long serving skilled workforce are experienced in achieving the best engineering solutions in a range of materials including carbon steels, stainless steels and other exotic metals.
All welders are coded to BS EN 287 / 288 and ASME standards and full Non Destructive Testing facilities are available. Our Quality Management System is approved to ISO 9001:2008 and we also work to recognised offshore industry standards including EEMUA 158.


Piling Tube
Deepdale Engineering is a major supplier of non-standard large diameter monopiles, piling tube and pile casings to specialist contractors working in the civil, marine and offshore industries.
We manufacture piling tube in a range of materials from standard carbon steels to high tensile steels, in diameters and thickness to suit the specified design.


Press Brake Work
We produce press brake work using a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, wear resistant plate, armour plate, aluminium and other alloys.
We offer a reliable and fast service for press brake work on a 'free issue' or full material supply basis.
A range of press brakes are available up to 1,000 tonnes capacity. We specialise in the forming of concentric and eccentric reducers, square to round sections, ?U? sections, 180? segments, angles, channels, armour plating and joggle plates. We supply bespoke one offs or batch quantities.


Fabricated Pipework
We supply large diameter fabricated pipework in most grades of material to all major codes providing a complete service to a variety of industries.
Fabricated pipework items include concentric and eccentric reducers, lobster back bends, tees, manifolds, venturis, square to round transition pieces and flanged specials.
We offer fabricated pipework in a range of sizes from 500mm up to 4000mm diameter.


Specialist Fabrications
We offer competitively priced, high quality specialist fabrications to your bespoke requirements. We work with carbon steel and stainless steel materials on a complete supply or ?free issue? basis. Typical uses for the specialist fabrications produced include offshore applications, aerospace mould tools, petro chemical installations, wind and wave applications, military vehicle components and research & development prototypes.
