Air Filters
Our air filters come with disposable panels and graduated density glass fibre fabrication. Our high efficiency filters are also available with extended surface pleated filter panels for higher performance.


Chutes and Connectors
For loading chutes and flexible connectors, we can supply many variations in different colours, materials and with or without steel support rings.
Our chutes and connectors can come in any shape or size.


Cages and Inserts
Various types of cages and inserts can be supplied from our product range, available in mild steel or stainless steel. Finishes for our cages and inserts include zinc-plated epoxy or copper washed.


Cartridge Filters
At Filter Services Ltd, we provide a broad range of cartridge filters. Our replacement dust filter cartridges are for most leading manufacturers.


Special Finishes
Our highly skilled workforce manufacture a vast range of products made to the highest standards. We are proud to offer a wide variety of special finishes on filter bags for numerous applications.
Our finishes include flame retardant, dust release, eggshell and glaze types. We also offer hydrophobic, oleophobic and acid resistant special finishes for moisture, oil and acid resistance.


Manufacturing Data
Our fabric filter manufacturing data is available to view and download on our website. It displays a list of different materials and their resistance capabilities against acids, alkali, dry heat, wet heat, abrasion and static charge.


Contract Maintenance and Fitting Service
We can offer our customers on-site maintenance on all dust extraction equipment and, if required, a full fitting service for the replacement of filter bags


Clean and Repair
Should your filter bag need a clean and repair, we will happily service used filter bags to extend their working life ? particularly for the Nomex (Aramid) type as it works to a high temperature.
