Overhaul and Calibration Valves
We specialise in the overhaul and calibration of valves. We supply and extensive range of valves in all pressure ranges and sizes in an assortment of materials. All valves are set against calibrated standard test gauges and then certified in accordance with the relevant test procedure.

D-Patch Industrial Boiler Repair
We at Optimise Heat and Steam Ltd have a dedicated boiler repair team who can carry out industrial boiler repairs including D-Patch front or rear. From the inspectors report. we can offer you a competitive quotation within hours, and if acceptable work on the repair can start the very next day. We will liaise with the insurance company on your behalf and compile a repair file to include weld procedures, qualifications and material certs. On completion of the repair, we will carry out a hydraulic test that will be witness by the inspector.
