Founded in 1994 Spray Plant UK Ltd are one of the leading specialist suppliers of paint spraying equipment in the UK. The products we supply measure,move,control, dispense and apply a wide range of fluids and viscous materials used in industrial and contractor markets.

About the products we supply

Spray Plant supply and service equipment for spray finishing, protective coating, paint circulation, sealant and adhesive dispensing, and application equipment to the contractor industry.

We supply and install spray booths, spray rooms, and conveyorised systems ranging from small bench type booths to large enclosed heated spray rooms, and conveyorised spray booth and oven systems.

Our hire department offer a large range of spray equipment for rental including petrol, electric and air powered units.

Plural Component

Spray Plant have a specialist plural component division providing solutions for the efficient application of two pack materials. With the move towards high solids and solvent free materials, Spray Plant 2k offer specialist knowledge of equipment and materials being used and developed within the coatings industry. Spray Plant 2K develop, design, install and commission Plural Component Systems.

Service Department

We offer a full service facility, with service engineers fully trained and experienced. We also offer on site service to minimise disruption to your production.

Hire Department

We operate a large hire fleet of spray equipment covering standard electric airless units to air powered air assisted units and plural component Hydra-cat machines.
