The Kerr Partnership - Energy Consultants
The firm also provides an Energy Audit service covering new and existing non-domestic buildings. From 4th January 2009 all new non-domestic buildings and existing Public Buildings will be required by law to obtain an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Our qualified personnel are certified by the Building Research Establishment to undertake Energy Audits and to issue EPCs.
Accreditations
CHAS (Contractor Health & Safety Assessment Scheme) has been developed by local authority health and safety and procurement professionals and the HSE.
