Description
3-2-1 Personal Training
3-2-1 Personal Training offer affordable personal training both in Maidstone and online. Our lead personal trainer will design a programme based on your individual goals and your specific requirements. This way, you are in control of the length of your workouts, and the number of times that you workout a week, and the type of exercises that you do. At our initial assessment we will discuss your current level of activity, your motivations and barriers, and also any pain or lack of movement that you currently suffer from. This will enable us to understand more about what personal training can do for you. A movement screen and posture assessment will then be performed. The results from this will indicate which areas of your body may be weak, too tight, or under poor muscular control. Working on these areas will often relieve pain from everyday movements, and also make movements easier and more manageable. To find out more please contact us for an initial consultation.
