Adcol Engineering Limited specialises in providing a full service to the Plastics Industry from a dedicated work force with more than 40 years experience in toolmaking and injection moulding and has been established in the Nottingham area for over 10 years.


Plastic Injection
We design and manufacture plastic injection mould tools for a variety of industries such as Electronics, Motor Manufacturers, Pharmaceutical, Packaging, Water Filtration. The production of tools range from single cavity product development tooling to complex multi-cavity tools, 369 maximum mould base size. We can also offer low cost modular dies for small quantity requirements.


Mould Tool Report Facilities
Our mould shop is fully equiped to offer Tool Trial facilities and Moulding Contracts small or large up to 147g shot weight, 100 ton capacity and we pride ourselves on being flexible to suit our customers needs.
We can also offer Mould Tool Report facilities on a Day Rate. Troublesome mould tools trialed at our site and a Tooling Report produced with the option for repair or modification as required.
