Advanced Chemical Etching - Making a difference
The metal component manufacturing process, Advanced Chemical Etching, enables today?s product development engineers even greater flexibility in design plus unbelievably short lead times, from just a few days.
This advantage combined with soft form tooling and numerous plating options including:
tin tin lead nickel silver gold produces fully accurate prototypes.
After approval we can move quickly into pre-production or production volumes.

General information
Advanced Chemical Etching is a manufacturer of metal components, with varying complexity, thickness, form, and finish. From a simple round shim to complex high pin count semiconductor lead frames.
With the flexibility of its processes, quantities of manufactured parts can be from one to one million.
For prototype components to pre-production and up to volume production, Advanced Chemical Etching is the modern answer.
Speed is the by-word to success today, the faster the development parts are made, the quicker our customers get their product to the market place.
It is normal to manufacture components from sight of data, and produce fully functional formed heat-treated and plated first samples within a matter of days, yes DAYS! Production takes a little longer.
Advanced Chemical Etching stocks a full range of metals from 0.0254mm to 1.50mm according to availability, but remember, with the Advanced Chemical Etching process, if the material thickness you require is non-standard, we can reduce it down to the correct thickness from the nearest thicker stock available.
Technical support to our customers is of paramount importance for Advanced Chemical Etching. Currently working in many areas of new technology, developing new processes for the etching of special metals:
Titanium Tungsten Molybdenum Hastelloy Constantan Tantalum
Applications
In today?s modern world the Advanced Chemical Etching process gives all development engineers much greater speed and flexibility for mechanical part design.
