A.I.R. specialise in the repair, rewind and refurbishment of all types of AC / DC electrical machines. This also includes slip ring motors, generator and traction motors, transformers plus brake and clutch coils.

Apart form this core business of rewinds, we are also able to conduct mechanical repairs on your pump units through to installation and design. Machining and welding facilities are available, Gear box repairs and overhauls down to the replacement of pinions and gear wheels.

Our engineers are also trained to AEMT standards to carry out repairs on hazardous area / explosion proof machines, along with full testing facilities to ensure that all work carried out by A.I.R. can carry our full 12 months warranty on works completed by ourselves, which allows our customers the knowledge that a quality repair has been carried out.

We are also in the position to offer repair, rewind and refurbishment on a vast array of manufacturers servo motors from Siemens , Indramat , Fanuc , Baumuller , Pacific scientific, Schneider Electric , Mitsubishi , Contraves , SEM and Leroy Somer being just a handful of manufacturers makes we can cater for, all of which are repaired and tested to manufacturers standards.
