AeroGlow Ltd was founded in 2005 and is an amalgamation of leading industry engineers and medical/scientific professionals. Although based in the UK, AeroGlow have a concentrated business within the US Defence market. Employees share a strong interest in user safety and safety related capability for both land and air vehicles. This focus has led AeroGlow to work in association with a number of US and UK agencies in their production of advanced defence products.
Products focus on countering the ever growing threat of IED attacks in theatre. AeroGlow have provided over 1000 systems to the US Armed Forces; their Hatch Lighting and Orientation (HaLO) System has significantly improved post IED survivability and the duty of care of front line troops. HaLO is an escape lighting system activated by blasts, rolls or water. The system automatically illuminates vehicle exits and hatch mechanisms during and following an IED attack or accident.
