We specialise in Volume Cutting and Fabrication of Aluminium in many shapes and sizes. We also have access to group stocks of Extrusion, Sheet and Plate. We offer the following services, Cutting, Welding, CNC Machining and Light Fabrication.

Aluminium is a very lightweight and versatile product. It is fully sustainable and 100% recyclable and it can be extruded into almost any shape. We have access to UK and offshore partners. From turning your drawing into a custom profile, we can stock, hold the material and deliver just in time, a fully fabricated part either from our own bespoke warehouse or via our dedicated stock holding facilities around the UK.

Cutting
Alserco have a variety of saws capable of cutting profiles up to 420mm wide and lengths from 15mm to 7000mm.
Repetitive high volume contracts Small batches to one off jobs Sensitive surface finishes Accurate double head mitre saws We have a total of 7 saws of various types to cut any job.



Welding
Alserco are able to offer MIG and TIG welded fabrications to BS EN ISO 9606-2. We are also able to offer a repair service for existing products.



Punching & Drilling
We are able to punch or drill holes, slots and shapes. We have the following machines on site:
2 x power presses up to 20 tonne 1 x 125 tonne brake press with 3 metre bed 3 x fly presses Tapping machine Various bench drilling machines

Packing
We can accommodate a wide range of packing specifications including specific labelling requirements. This includes boxes, metal stillages or bins and bundles.



Supply Chain Management
On line quality checks are built into our operating procedure to ensure that all components are within specification. We are also able to offer SPC procedures where required.
Our experienced personnel are able to take customers designs from the prototype stage to finished components, providing design assistance if required.
Alserco are fully supported by a world-wide supplier base of Aluminium manufacturers and toolmakers. Alserco are able to supply finished components, or manufacture from customers own material on a free issue basis. Alserco have invested in three vertical CNC machining centres. These give us the ability to machine components in house to our customer?s specification. On line quality checks are built into our operating procedure to ensure that all components are within specification and our experienced personnel are able to take customers designs from the prototype stage to finished components, providing design assistance if required.
