Coil Processing Equipment
We design and produce a full range of coil processing equipment designed either as a stand-alone machine or integrated to form the basis of an automated production line.
Our range of coil processing equipment is designed to handle coils with a weight of between 150 kgs and 25000 kgs with a strip width ranging from 15mm to 2000mm. At the heart of our equipment is the range of servo rollfeeds. Operating at speeds of up to 500spm with an accuracy of 0.1mm, an Atkin roll feed is the key to a robust and long lived installation.
We make a full range of levellers for the removal of coil set including multiroll levellers with back up rolls.

Machine Maintenance
Our customers place a great deal of importance upon the equipment supplied by the company in meeting daily production targets. Our machine maintenance service includes spare parts and the provision of service engineers vital in today?s manufacturing environment.
We are the only authorised machine maintenance OEM repairer of Atkin and BHP machines. Our service engineers have access to full drawings, parts and spares lists for all Atkin and BHP products supplied over the last 25 years. In some cases, those were supplied as long ago as 1970.
Our service engineers will carry a full set of the most commonly used spare parts so that many machine breakdowns can be repaired on the first visit. As well as being equipped with diagnostic computer systems, the engineers also carry the specialist equipment needed to analyse and rectify many drive problems.
As well as an emergency call out service, we also offer our customers annual service engineering and maintenance contracts.





Sheet Processing Equipment
We have a comprehensive selection of sheet processing equipment in our range. Our sheet processing equipment is able to handle not just steel, but non-ferrous metals including silver.
Our sheet processing equipment includes benders, pick and place, punch and notch, sheet feeders and stackers.


Process Line equipment
We are able to provide a variety of process line equipment in the form of bending machines to all your requirements. Our process line equipment including simple, cost-effective, wipe action benders through to fully programmable, sophisticated, tangent benders.
