Wiring Harnesses
We supply products for a diversity of market sectors such as automotive and commercial including ADR, white goods, agricultural, after market, spares and many other industrial sectors.
We also provide various heavy duty battery connectors and battery isolators typically ranging from 5amp up to 350amp.

Crimping
We handle a variety of styles of crimp terminals manufactured by leading OEM?s. Crimping terminals vary from very small PCB terminals to large lug type terminals.
We can process crimp terminals either manually, semi or fully automatically and supply a range of other electrical consumables.


Prototyping
Our continuous improvement program enables us to develop new products and services such as prototyping. Areas like prototyping continue to grow in our business and can be safely, economically and effectively worked to customer and design specifications.

Re-Work Service
We provide a sub-contract re-work service in order to put right any errors or issues you may have on wiring looms or assemblies, purchased from someone else.


Cable Assembly
Our cable assembly service includes pre-prepared cables formed or assembled using assembly fixtures and jigs. Cable assembly is used to create the desired shape or form, creating the ideal wiring loom.
Connectors are attached and cables are secured together using tapes, sleeving, grommets, and tie-wraps. Looms are then checked and tested ready for packing and shipping.


Connectors and Accessories
We supply a diversity of battery isolators, relays, fuse holders, and connectors. Our selection ranges from RF-Coaxial to heavy duty connectors used on applications such as forklift trucks, 4x4 off road vehicles, commercial power take off, and golf caddies.


Welded Pressure Tanks
Our welded pressure tanks, fire suppression and extinguishers are manufactured to British, European and international requirements such as BS EN 13322-1 2003, BS EN 14208 2004, PD5500, EC Directive 84/527/EC, 97/23EC, and EC 67 Regulation.
We offer welded fire suppression systems produced in accordance with TPED & PED requirements. Parts and processes are inspected by notified third party inspection bodies such as Lloyds, SGS and Plant Safety, even though we operate our own quality assurance scheme.
Our other products include vacuum vessels, refrigeration vessels and storage tanks with a water capacity up to 1000 litres. Other services we provide include:

Welded Pressure Vessels
Our welded pressure vessels and air receivers are manufactured to BS EN 286 and in a variety of water capacities. We provide an array of different configurations of nozzle inlets and outlets to suit customer requirements and our range of overall external heights generally suit all customer requirements.
Range of capacities up to 1000 litres is dependant on manufacturing specification and vessel weight. Fittings, brackets, shrouds, skids, protection caps, and other accessories can be supplied in mild and stainless steels, or with paint finishes to your requirement.
Cylindrical LPG tanks in various water capacities are manufactured to suit customer specifications, complete with either four or five hole valve plates or single hole boss to suit a multi-purpose valve. Range of diameters include 205mm, 221mm, 265mm, 285mm, 321mm, 377mm, 406mm, 458mm, and 557mm. All pressure vessels are manufactured to recognized national regulations.


Welded and Fabricated Assemblies
Our welded and fabricated assemblies include Land Rover window grills manufactured for Land Rover 90, 110 and Defender. They are produced with laser cut steel frame with mesh insert, finished in black powder coat but with other colours available.
We also manufacture various types of garden ornamental furniture. Garden steel work can be manufactured out of steel, finished as unpainted, bare metal, plated, or in colour of your choice.


Cylinder Refurbishment
If your cylinder has not been re-qualified in the last 10 to 15 years, then it is time we took advantage of our cylinder refurbishment services.
We re-qualify and test welded or solid drawn cylinders and supply and fit new valves. This is a cost effective solution compared to the cost of a brand new cylinder and all cylinders are pressure tested as a minimum.
