Components for Aerospace and Defence
We create high quality components for both the aerospace and defence sectors. Using unique materials such aluminium bronze, titanium, ferallium, and a variety of stainless steels, we have built a reputation for creating hard-to-make components for the aerospace and defence sectors.


Extrusion Production
We provide a top notch extrusion production service. These services include high speed machining of aluminium components from solid and a specialist heatsinks. In our extrusion production service, we can design and manufacture a heatsink or extrusion to your requirements.


3D Machining
We offer a full 3D machining service. Using you data, such as IGES files or drawings, we machine your parts within hours of receiving electronic data files. Working within the defence and motorsport industries, we produce one/off 3D machined components, or we can economically produce batches of 3D machined components.


Inspection Services
We provide our clients with high quality inspection services. Our inspection equipment includes a Trimos digital height measuring machine, supporting vernier callipers, micrometers, surface finish testing equipment and microscopes.
All of our inspection services and all equipment are calibrated regularly as mandated by BS EN ISO 9002 certification. Our inspection services are traceable to national standards.
