Established in 1912 as heavyside builders merchants and brick makers, H Butterfield Limited are well known as suppliers of a wide range of products and materials to the building industry.
A business run by three generations of the same family, the Butterfield Group has continued to grow and expand and today comprises six specialist divisions on its large site located in Selbourne Road, Luton from where it has operated from for the last 35 years.
Excellent and personal customer service has always been the Group?s guiding principle. By understanding our markets, forming close relationships with customers and suppliers alike, and offering an ever expanding range of quality products, our aim is to provide the complete building supplies package.
The core business as suppliers to the building, civil engineering and landscaping industries is enhanced by our expertise as brick merchants and our brick library facility. Our recently established timber supplies division provides a new and complimentary range of products to those already available, whilst our specialisations include the supply and manufacture of stone, marble and granite and the distribution of safety equipment, janitorial supplies, welding and engineering products.
