Embedded Systems
Here at BVM, we specialise in the manufacture and supply of advanced embedded systems. Our embedded systems provide powerful fanless solutions for applications including multi-media displays with audio for retail stores or exhibitions, POS, surveillance, low power control and monitoring for remote locations. Our embedded systems feature expansion slots, dual display ports and audio outputs.


Panel PCs
Since 1989, we have been designing, manufacturing and distributing industrial and commercial panel PCs and computer products for OEMs and systems integrators. We are recognised as an important supplier of components, sub-assemblies and OEM products to a broad customer base in many different industries. We specialise in areas including low power mobile systems, panel PCs and Mini-ITX boards and systems.


Custom Embedded Systems
Here at BVM, we specialise in the supply of custom embedded systems. Our custom embedded systems involve minor changes to complete new board and chassis designed to meet your specifications. We provide full installation and customisation services for windows operating systems. Fanless technology is a speciality and a number of proven heatsink and heatpipe solution readily available.


Embedded Board Computers
We provide a comprehensive range of embedded board computers in both 3.5" and 5.25" formats. Our embedded board computers have a very high density of functionality with expansion by means of PCI, PCIExpress, mini-PCI or PCIExpress mini-card slots. The immense range of options allows a close fit to the application requirements to be sourced without the need for a custom design.
Many EBC include on board ATX power supplies requiring only a single supply rail from outside, typically 12 Volts.


Special Systems
We design, manufacture and install an array of special systems including LCD and touch screen kits, display, controller, and inverters for a variety of applications. Our special systems have included:
A custom system for voice and video communications and recording for use with tower cranes A rugged custom system for use by security services in forensic applications

Rack Mount Systems
We provide a fantastic collection of customised rack mount systems. Our rack mount systems include our standard chassis range from 1U to 6U, configured to a customers requirements. Our factory has skilled wiremen and technicians to produce a true customised solution to a very high quality standard.



Custom Design
We provide custom design services to produce systems to meet your individual requirements. Our custom design services involve using your concepts and requirements to create a first prototype, then following this a pre-production batch is built before full-scale production is started.



Bespoke Design
Our bespoke design service enables us to turn a customer?s concept into a finished board or system in minimum time and at a competitive cost. Our bespoke design is suitable for smaller volume requirements. Our experienced and skilled in-house design engineers can produce anything from a simple router board to a fully fledged SBC or control system.
