Continuous Hinge
We have vast quantities of different types of continuous hinges in stock available now from our standard range and also have a bespoke design and manufacturing service available to suit your specific requirements. These continuouse hinges can be supplied in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass with electroplating options available and with a continuous hinge length up to 2.1 metres long.
Samples are available at 150mm long, free of charge on most hinges. All continuous hinges are dispatched using our Next Day Service.


Spring Loaded, Bespoke, Double Knuckle Hinges
Various sizing of continuous hinge range from:
19mm to 150mm width open Rod diameters of 2.33 to 12.7 Joint length from 12.7mm to 50.8 Leaf Thickness from 0.9mm to 3mm Continuous hinges can be:
spring loaded, butt, flag, lift-off reversed assembled, odd leaved, double knuckle pierced to customer specification, countersunk have large paint gap (for powder coating) even end jointed if specified cropped to length required

Butt Hinges
Butt Hinges are smaller versions of the continuous hinge. We have a comprehensive range available in various materials and thicknesses to suit your requirements.

They can be supplied flat backed, undrilled and with rivetted pins. These butt hinges can be worked, cranked, pierced, cropped or reverse jointed to your specification or used as they are.
