Based in Sheffield, DMR Seals are at the forefront in CNC sealing technology. The company is conveniently located in Sheffield, just off the M1 motorway in a purpose built factory. The staff at DMR have over 40 years combined experience in the seal industry and are able to offer an un-rivalled service for all sealing requirements. Manufacturing.
All DMR seals and components are manufactured using the latest CNC technology. As the seals are made with the aid of computers, all sizes are made possible, with no moulds or tooling charges. Special bespoke machinery is used to literally carve out the seal from special semi-finished tubes of material. Seals as small as 3mm can be manufactured within minutes. Typical cycle time for a component is 3-4 minutes

Materials.
All DMR Seals materials are manufactured in Europe and are stocked on site to enable immediate manufacturing when required. Materials stocked include:- Polyurethane (5 grades), Nitrile, H-Nitrile, Viton, EPDM, Silicone, Acetal, Nylon, Uhmwpe, Peek, PTFE virgin, PTFE filled (3 grades); in excess of 30 other materials available on demand within a few days.
