Our first HVAC customer is now one of our biggest customers, and we currently mould over 45 components. These HVAC products include:
Vac-form skins Injection moulded plastic parts Numerous metal parts on both sides of the moulding As part of the HVAC service, we also added self-adhesive seals and foam pads.


Moulded Foam for Pharmaceuticals
For the pharmaceutical industry, we manufacture thin, EPS wall mouldings using small bead to ensure tolerance control. Tolerance control is critical to ensure vials are held firmly but gently in place. It is produced in white to demonstrate sterile condition/cleanliness.
We employ the specialist tooling required to produce these parts to ensure the required finish and quality needed in the pharmaceutical industry. These trays are used for transit and storage and are reused, and they are also recyclable.
