Euromould offer a highly skilled team of designers and technicians experienced in producing top quality plastic injection moulds for a wide range of applications. Whilst we have the capacity and confidence to handle complete, large scale projects, we also remain small enough to maintain our commitment to providing a personal service to all our clients.

High quality toolmaking and tool trialing

We team our experienced tool makers with top quality machines to produce the very best. CNC wire erosion, CNC spark erosion and CNC high speed milling provide the tools to assemble accurate finished components.

Tools are manufactured with quality steel and bolsters and their components are completed in house on CNC mills to ensure accuracy is maintained. Euromould can produce single shot, two shot and liquid silicon tooling using traditional cold sprue feed, multi plate feed or any hot runner system that the customer may specify.

Two Shot Specialists

To complete a multi-component tool requires the capacity to trial tools and Euromould have two twin shot presses for this purpose - a 200 tonne Arburg and a 110 tonne Drauss Maffei, both with a rotary unit. Our joint venture with a local moulder (Kaden Plastics) delivers both experience and support for the trialing and production of twin shot components.
