At Fastec Engineering Services Ltd we have over 37 years of manufacturing experience and specialise in precision engineering from Cambridgeshire.
Using high tech CNC machine tools in our in-house facilities, we pride ourselves in precision engineering from Cambridgeshire manufacturing components for a wide scope of industries. We machine a large range of high quality materials to work to optimum customer satisfaction.


Precision Sub Contract Engineering
Our precision sub contract engineering abilities enable us to offer a complete service from product styling issues through to mechanical design. Our precision sub contract engineering services are enhanced by our excellent in house facilities and these aspects combined help us find the perfect solution to your design problem.


Turning and CNC
We boast extensive turning and CNC services including work in both CNC milling and CNC turning. Our skilled turners work on the latest machines many of which have live turning. We also have the latest in multi axis milling technology to work with enabling us to achieve both high quality one-off and large batch quantities.
In addition to turning and CNC milling machinery, we aslo work with 4 sliding head machines with live tooling and sub spindles.


Welding and Fabrication
We provide welding and fabrication services on stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel to meet BS EN 287-1 standards. Our welding and fabrication services include water jet, laser cutting, die pen testing, and particle testing. Feel free to give us a call for any requirements.


Component Assembly
We have a dedicated clean room to carry out complex component assembly in a dirt-free environment. Our component assembly is delivered with high quality and accuracy to ensure we provide an excellent surface finish. We use a variety of techniques and facilities including ultrasonic baths and CNC engraving.
