Press Braking
Plate Rolling Section Rolling Press Brake facility includes Cones,Transition Pieces,Troughs,Ladder Hoops CNC Table Presses which are capable of forming very thick jobs accurately Form cylinders from 40mm in diameter upwards Roll small diameters from very thick material on our new CNC Bending Machine up to 75mm thick Computer controlled machinery controls form tube to very tight bend rads. Sizes up to 60.3mm dia x 5mm

Section Rolling
We currently have:
16 sets of plate rolls 4 press brakes 2 section rolls 2 tube manipulating machines

Tube Manipulation
Using our computer controlled machine we can form tube to very tight bend rads. We Have a large range of tooling to suit most tube sizes. Sizes upto 60.3mm dia x 5mm.
Cylinders rolled to any diameter from 40mm.
We can form cylinders from as small as 40mm in diameter upwards and can roll very small diameters from very thick material on our new CNC Bending Machine.

Upto 75mm thick
