Plastics are handled in most forms such as bales, parts, purge, re-grinds, and pellets.

We process all plastics at our SUNDERLAND site in to recycled plastic grades and can supply these in re-grind or compounded pellet form.

We are a "plastic recycling company" please don?t make the mistake of assuming that any company saying they are a plastic recycling company are actually a "recycling company"! Most companies who sell themselves as plastic recyclers are in fact simply exporters.
In essence they fill a container with plastic scrap and ship to any one who will take it , usually although not always to Asia, there is in essence nothing wrong with that, although we believe it makes much more sense to use as much material here in the UK and Western Europe rather than shipping it around the world and an exporter should be called just that an "exporter".


Process and Capabilities
Shredding/granulation and secure destruction
All material that enters our plant passes over magnets and through ?all metal? metal detection, which ensures that, any ferrous or non-ferrous metal is removed. Depending upon the requirements the shredded material is either returned to a customer , sold, granulated or compounded.
If the case of secure destruction, components or product can be shredded for the purpose of destruction and to liberate any recoverable material from them.
We have the ability to shred and/or granulate large volumes of plastic; the shredders we have installed in our factory will accept lump plastic of up to 250kg with ease.
Reprocessing and Blending
Our reprocessing plant is capable of producing a very high quality product, material that goes through our plant is treated, removing all forms of contamination such as paper, wood, metal and moisture. This process creates a clean dust free, easy flowing material, which produces a high quality uniform product.
A further plastic recycling process reprocesisng involves melting the polmer to form a unifom dust free product.
During the reprocessing process the material is blended to create a uniform finished product, however further blending bulk batches of either virgin or other polymers can enhance this.
Our blending equipment is high quality, high capacity and capable of drawing up to one ton of material in approximately just three minutes. Comfortably blending in excess of 50 tons a day.


Recycled Plastic Polymers
We can process your own polymer, whereby you can receive your own material back in a reprocessed pellet or re-grind form for feeding back into your own production process we call this a "toll service".
We also reprocess on behalf of our customers a wide range of other polymers, including ABS, PP, PC, PS and other more specialist polymers on a toll basis to either a usable regrind or a pellet form, depending upon our customer?s requirements


Toll Recycling
We offer a comprehensive toll recycling service to our customer, processing their material and returning it to them as a polymer that they can re-introduce into their manufacturing process.

PVC Window Frame Recycling
We specialise in the processing of post use window frames
We offer a quick and convenient drop off point for your frames
Received windows are hammer milled to reduce bulk, most non-PVC materials are removed and the materials are bagged for onward shipment to the specialist PVC plant.

Plastic Recycling
We have a constant requirement of good quality material for our processing plant. Most although no all material have a value and we are buyers of most types of plastics.
Contact us with any scrap, unused virgin or regrind polymers, redundant or waste plastic you have.
Please bear in mind that allowing for transport cost it is unlikely that quantities of less than 500 kg is going to be cost effective to collect however if you are in any doubt give us a ring.
