A complete service from the design of the new Prototype Custom Press Tools through to the final manufacture of both press tooling and pressings. With a 7 axis Faro Platinum portable CMM with Laser Line Probe we can provide the following services which can be carried out either in house or on site:- Inspection: Full component to CAD/Drawing inspection and comparison facility for both Prototype Custom Press Tools and parts.

Reverse Engineering: Full capability to reverse engineer components/pressings to give STL/CAD information which can then be taken to the design/manufacture of the Prototype Custom Press tools stage.
