Coil Replacement
Please contact us today about your coil replacement needs. We supply and install replacement condenser coils for virtually any machine. We offer a variety of combinations in tube size, pitch and materials. We are able to offer alternative construction and materials to enhance the service life of your coils as well.




Coil Repair
Additionally, we provide heating and cooling coil repairs. For chilled water, low pressure and high pressure coils, we are a complete repair servive. For coil repair in areas with restricted access, we can undertake in situ coil construction, and can complete the necessary cranage and any pipework modifcations needed.


Air Cooled Condenser Coils
We can perform the complete replacement of your air cooled condenser coils. We use construction methods and processes that contain the service life of your replacement condenser coils. Additonally, we are now able to offer replacement air cooled condenser coils using heavy wall, high-efficiency rifled tubes. The heavy duty products offer between 53 and 60% heavier wall than the standard products.


Evaporator Retubing
We specialise in evaporator retubing. We have the appropriate procedures in place for the supply of replacement tubes.
For evaporator retubing, we have pneumatic and electric tube pulling equipment. This torque-controlled, expanding equipment is available to suit vessel size and site conditions for your project. We also have tube plugs in all popular sizes are held in stock for emergency repairs prior to retubing.


Evaporator Tubes
We now hold in stock approximately 2 tonnes each of 3/8" and 1/2" OEM specification high efficiency rifled copper tubes. This enables us to offer a high speed, high-value retubing service for several brands of refrigeration evaporators.
