Plastic Moulders and Toolmakers
Our 20 injection plastic moulders and toolmakers range from 25 tonne to 440 tonne. Six of our machines have digital PLC control and 14 are microprocessor controlled. We have recently purchased closed loop feeder systems for our high volume production run machines.
With years of experience in this industry, we are expert plastic moulders and toolmakers.

We provide post operation, form in place gasketing.
Our form in place gasketing is a precise service delivered by our precision engineers. As expert precision mould tool manufacturers, our form in place gasketing and various other services are market leading.


Vacuum Plating
Due to the years of development and experience we posses, we now produce a particularly high standard of vacuum plating.
We have manufactured vacuum plating with a chrome-like finish for a range of end user applications. No matter what your vacuum plating requirement may be, we have the services and solutions to match.


Spray Painting
We employ professional spray painters who utilise our top of the range spray painting equipment.
We also offer spray painting as a post mould operation. Being the middle man between our customers and our paint suppliers, we find the best suited paint or coating for the application.


Ultrasonic Welding
If you are in need of components with two halves required to be sealed together, our ultrasonic welding service is the answer.
The components are stronger in the end and have less alignment-error. Ultrasonic welding is an ultra high frequency sound which vibrates the the components together.


Hot Foil Blocking
We have the capabilities to create components in a range of colours with hot foil blocking.
The words or patterns that you want are applied to an injection moulded component with a unique foil. This is heated into the component using hot foil blocking.


Injection Moulding Tooling
As experienced precision mould tool manufacturers, our injection moulding tooling capabilities are vast and market leading. Our injection moulding tooling is created via 20 injection moulding machines ranging from 25 tonne to 440 tonne.
14 of these machines are microprocessor controlled and six have digital PLC control.

As an experienced plastic mould toolmaker, we have unrivalled knowledge in material processing, allowing us to produce technical moulded components in a variety of engineering plastics from glass filled acetal and nylon to polyphenylene sulfide (PPS).
