Plastic Fabrication
Here at Harborough Plastics, we specialise in plastic fabrication to very high standards. We design and manufacture plastic fabrication from one off projects to large scale repeat orders.


CNC Routing
We have a double-headed, three axis CNC routing machine, enabling us to produce work in almost any size. Our precision CNC routers enable us to detect any manufacturing errors before they happen.
Our CNC routing machines work with materials including:
Polycarbonate Polypropylene PETG Polyethylene Acrylics Pespex PVC

Plastic Welding
We use the latest extrusion plastic welding technology to improve strength, ideal for large capacity water tanks. Our plastic welding guns provide precise and durable weld in awkward areas.


Bending and Forming
We are capable of bending and forming materials up to 15mm in thickness and two meters in length. Our bending and forming processes include hot wire bending and predrying. Our bending and forming methods are used in the production of ducting, chutes and non standard pipe.
