Description

1.1.Jades Components Limited was formed in June l982, as a privately owned family business manufacturing and supplying directly to the consumer electronics industry, wire wound coils and transformer assemblies. The business expanded steadily, and in January l984 a modern factory was purchased, which provided 6000 square feet of manufacturing and office accommodation.

1.2. Increased manufacturing capacity and capability provided a larger market share which now included a wide range of electronic equipment manufacturers. Steady growth has enabled the purchase of further factory, stores and office accommodation immediately adjacent to the existing factory. The total intergrated facility now provides approximately 16,000 square feet.

1.3. Continuous investment in state of the art multispindle plant with auto tag wrapping and taping facilities now enables the company to provide high quality, large volume production runs. The policy of evaluating and investigating in the latest production machinery will continue.

1.4. The investment in extensive plant has enabled production to accomodate customer demands. Multi shifts have been introduced to help utilise the equipment available. The company now runs 24 hours a day enabling quick turn around should the need arise. These shifts can be increased as the demand requires. The company boasts some 150 employees capable of producing a wide range of coils and transformers to totally fulfil any customers wire wound requirements.
