JJ Williams (Gaskets) has been established since 1822 and is one of the leading manufacturers of washers, gaskets, machine and stamped components throughout the UK.

We produce a wide range of washers in non metallic materials from our extensive stock of fibre, all types of rubber, plastics, non asbestos and all types of electrical insulation materials. All our washers are of high standard, made from quality materials to tolerate constant use.

Our material stocks are one of the most comprehensive in the industry and we manufacture whatever stamped component is required. The highest care and attention to detail is given when producing the tooling for a particular production run, with rigorous quality control checks.

Washers
JJ Williams produce our own tooling giving us greater control over lead times and enabling us to reduce delays due to design modifications. After full technical discussions we will design tools to suit customer requirements or work from drawings and specifications supplied.

Machined components are supplied to small industrial users and multi-nationals with the same care and enthusiasm. We continually update manufacturing processes and equipment and therefore maintain outstanding production facilities to offer a wide range of machined electrical and mechanical insulation materials.

Our on-site precision toolmaking facility is available to produce a tool for the job from customer?s specifications, or we will use our own design facilities if required.

We are always prepared to produce prototypes and development tooling to meet specific needs. Our rigorous quality control procedures were an essential part of being awarded the British Standards ISO: 9000 / 2008 certificate.
