K.J. Hill are commercial and residential builders who have offered a specialist commercial plastering and dry lining contract service for over 30 years, also covering floor screeding, suspended ceilings, as well as external rendering and insulation.
Alongside this we provide general building services for residential properties, including extensions and refurbishment, right through to complete new build houses where we project manage all trades for ground works, brick and block work, roofing, plumbing, electrics, plastering and decorating. Projects undertaken include large to small conversions of lofts, garages and outbuildings, renovations and re-builds.
Commercially we undertake partitioning, building re-organisations, new office layouts, building re-developments etc., for care homes, office blocks, residential homes, nursing homes, hotels, conference centres, sports and leisure facilities, hospitals and similar.
