Our Investment
Our company is continually expanding and developing. Most recently, our investment covered a ?2 million investment in new machinery.
We offer experienced precision engineering services suited to industry sectors such as aerospace, defence, automotive, oil and gas, medical, and vaccum. Some of the projects we have been involved with have included Eurofighter, Boeing 787 Dreamliner, the Airbus A380 and the Airbus A350 and A320neo.
Our investment also meant that we could acquire CVT Ltd in 2011. CVT Ltd strengthened our groups manufacturing expertise and created many more opportunities to explore.
Our aim for this year is to continue to make our investment decisions, acquire and maintain our growth.


On-Going Strategy
Our on-going strategy is to evolve a new customer base specfically for our New Product Introduction facility.
This on-going strategy involves of new and innovative facility. It is based in Dorset and will have a manufacturing unit as a separate entity from our already established work.


Capabilities
Our capabilities are diverse and provide a range of professional CNC milling. We have various models for CNC milling that includes the Matsuura 32 Pallet Mam72-35v - 5 Axis Maximum Spindle Speed 15000 RPM, Hardinge Bridgeport - 5 Axis Maximum Spindle Speed 12000 RPM, Hardinge Bridgeport - 4 Axis Maximum Spindle Speed 12000 RPM, and Bridgeport VMC 1000 - 5 Axis Maximum Spindle Speed 10000 RPM.
Our capabilities benefit from the use of CAD 3D Delacam PowershapeCAD 2D Solidworks and 2012CAM Delacam PowermillCadCAM Mastercam X6.
We also offer CNC turning, CNC grinding and CNC mill / turn machining. We also have a range of manual machines available to us. We run a highly qualified range of services and provide a competitive prices whilst still delivering the superior high standard expected in this industry.
