Compliance
There are a number of contracts, in particular public sector, that are now requiring a compliance report to demonstrate how the provider is looking after their employees and customers.
We offer compliance report compilation service, to take this one off your hands. This can also be linked to your regular auditing/review program, including policies and procedures.


Audit and Review
Carrying out regular audit and review of policies and procedures and actual practice can be a time-consuming task. We can undertake the audit and review process for you, which has the added advantage of a different set of eyes looking at these areas, which is more likely to spot the things that you have become accustomed to and therefore no longer see.
As we have said, we can also link the audit and review to other services that would be of use to you.


Consultancy Services
Being specialists in the support of training organisations, GP practises, and small businesses, we offer general consultancy services.
We are happy to help you with any area of health and safety. Most importantly, we provide a consultancy service to start you off on the right road, when your organisation grows to more than five members of staff. We are delighted to offer an on-going consultancy relationship, offering regular updates, reviews, audits and reports.


Policies and Procedures
Working out exactly what you need to say and how to layout how to do it can be very long winded and confusing. We have the knowledge and experience in how to word these policies and procedures. We also have the resources to check the legal details.
Let us relieve you of this burden, and prepare all your policies and procedures for you. Then we can follow through to ensure that all you staff understand them and put them into practice.


Staff Training
We will soon be licensed to delivery the IOSH Working Safety qualification. In the meantime, we can still help with your staff training needs by offering a bespoke training service.
The training can take the form of anything from a short session to update, to a full training course for new and existing staff. Staff training is an integral part of good health and safety practise and should benefit both your organisation and the staff.
