Here at Micrometric, we provide sub contract precision laser cutting services. We manufacture anything from watch to tractor parts and from fast prototype to volume production. We provide precision laser cutting services using our diverse skills, expertise and technology. We have 12 laser systems capacity on up to five axis CNC control using Fibre, Nd:YAG and CO2 power sources.

Stainless Steel Laser Cutting
We provide advanced stainless steel laser cutting services. Our stainless steel laser cutting services include:

Precision Component Machining
We specialise in providing precision component machining to suit a variety of requirements. Our precision component machining includes:
Wire EDM - low volume, very tight tolerance (down to ? 4?m) components are produced quickly and efficiently on state of the art equipment CNC machining - the CNC machining centre is extremely versatile and flexible. It has a 500mm cube capacity and incorporates a touch-measuring probe for fast and accurate set-ups Combined Processes - drilling, tapping, milling and counter-bore

Laser Marking and Engraving
We provide a first-class laser marking and engraving sub-contract service for an array of technical and decorative applications. The laser marking and engraving technique produces a high quality permanent mark on the surface of the material. We work to tight tolerances and can use your own designs and ideas on materials including mild steel, stainless steel, tool/hardened steel, aluminium, titanium, ceramics, brass, chrome plating, anodised surfaces, painted surfaces and most plastics.
