Electrical Discharge Machining
The electrical discharge machining (EDM) method is normally used for hard metals. Electrical discharge machining makes it feasible to work with these materials where normal techniques will not work. The process allows the machinist to cut odd angles and small apertures.

WEDM
Wire Erosion, or WEDM, is a process used in the fabrication of moulds and press tool punches. It is an expanding industry sector and we are operating with the AGIE products to give you a first class service.
WEDM is a very accurate process, providing increased efficiency over traditional methods. We operate our service 24hrs a day to suit your requirements and because the machines are computer controlled, no cutter wear goes undetected thus giving you a precision result.

We provide a comprehensive high speed milling service.
Our high speed milling service includes the manufacture of very complex shapes and forms to suit your time and cost requirements. We achieve this by downloading programmes directly from our CAD system.

Spark Erosion
With our EDM spark erosion method, we have the ability to produce small and intricate shapes, holes, angles and combinations.
Spark erosion is far more effective at this level than traditional methods and we work with: carbide, titanium, hastelloy, kovar and inconel to name a few metal materials.
