Label Applicators
We are a long established UK based Labelling Machine manufacturer, having gained a renowned reputation over the past 50 years. We currently have two models in our range, our 150ALA Labelling Head which is available on a stand or interfaced with a conveyor system for in-line production. In addition our 1000 series Servo Labelling Head again can be offered stand alone or with a conveyor for more accurate and quicker applications.


Print and Apply Labelling
We can offer several print and apply options which can be a combination of interfacing our Labelling Machines with desktop Thermal Transfer Printers, Hot Foil Coders, Ink Jet Printers and in-line Thermal Printers or offer other OEM Print And Apply Systems. They are designed to be reliable and user friendly all capable of being adjusted to meet your specific needs.
The above systems can print and apply most combinations of graphics, text, barcodes, LOT numbers and best before dates.


Hang Tabs
We supply Do-It Hang Tabs in clear durable plastic with high performance HangTite adhesives. Supplied on reels for use on our 1000 Series Servo Labelling Head for automatic application. These can be used in many contract packing and industrial production applications.


Barcode Label Printers
We offer an extensive range of Thermal Transfer Label Printers sourced from all the leading manufacturers for stand alone use as a desktop application or for interface with our own range of Label Applicators (specific models only). They are available in different widths, resolutions and also have various speed printing capabilities. They can be upgraded with extra attachment options such as peel off module, ribbon save module and many more.


Bagging Machines
Norpak Ltd bagging machines operate as a simple bench mounted or in-line bagging system. Standard models are white epoxy painted with stainless steel contact parts or as a fully stainless steel unit for food/washdown environments. Both models work with cast polypropylene or polythene bags in a wicketted or blockhead form. Standard machines take bags up to 500mm wide for larger or special requests please contact us.


Bag Closures
We provide hundreds of different combinations of bag closures, ties and seals for thousands of applications. Our range is suitable for scores of industries, and can be offered in single, gang and reel form. They are offered in a variety of colours and wire thicknesses depending on what is required.

Thermal Labels
Thermal Transfer Labels can be supplied as white, colour-washed, or pre-printed (in up to eight colours) for you to add your own variable information. We offer many materials depending on requirements from matt paper, semi-gloss paper, high-gloss cast coat paper, direct thermal paper through to synthetic material such as polyester, polypropylene, vinyl and many more. Labels are available on a range of core and roll sizes to meet the requirements of your machine. We now offer digitally printed labels for those small run requirements with no plate charges.


Thermal Transfer Ribbons
Norpak Ltd offers a complete range of Thermal Transfer Ribbons that are for use on any Thermal Transfer Barcode Label Printer. Offering genuine and compatible black ribbons in wax, wax resin and resin grades. We also offer a wide variety of coloured ribbons for use on a wide selection of the Thermal Transfer Printers, colours include Red, Blue, Green and many more.
