Using modern equipment we can offer mandrel forming & standard bending of round & square tubes. We run two manipulation machines with fully programmable numerical controlled operations. PRESS & FORMWORK 45 Tons power with 200 mm formers nc control. We can manufacture your clients brackets form work up to 200mm x 25 mm thick from purpose made pipe straps for bespoke work or 1000 off batch runs of formed bars the list can be endless. PLATE ROLLING Rolling in house plate: 2000mm WIDE x 6mm THICK PREBEND CAPACITY, 2000 x 8 mm Thick Roll Only. Up to 40mm THICK x 500mm Wide plate.
