O F BELL INJECTION MOULDING has been supplying a worldwide client base with miniature plastic mouldings and injection mould tools for over 30 years working in various sectors including Automotive, Construction, Medical and Oil & Gas.
At O F BELL INJECTION MOULDING we operate a twenty four hour operation and can accommodate small, complex and long production runs. With machines running at a clamp forces from 6 up to 35 tonnes, the production facility is geared to the manufacture of small complexed components. The internal procedures allow for the adoption of customers quality requirements to be seamlessly applied ensuring that the appropriate levels of inspection are applied to every injection moulding.
These procedures ensure the highest possible quality is produced every time. As we work towards the quality standard ISO 9001:2000 we already have many procedures in place to satisfy the highest possible quality is produced time and time again.

Our technical product knowledge is vast and we have many years? experience of moulding most the following engineering thermoplastics: About 50% of our products are moulded in standard materials like ABS, PP, Nylon and PA6 & PA66, Glass filled Nylons, PPS, ABS, Acetal. The remainder utilise some of the more complex Engineering Polymers such as modified Nylons, including Glass filled and Bead filled (Grivory/Zytel), Carbon Fibre filled, and PTFE loaded. Other materials processed regularly are Polyphennylesulphide (PPS), Polyetheretherkeytone (PEEK), PBT, Verton, Vectra, and Rynite. & Acrylic. While a few are more specialist like PEEK, Grivory, Verton, Vectra, Zytel and Rynite.

PEEK polymers may successfully replace metals such as aluminium, titanium, magnesium, brass, corrosion-resistant (CRES) or stainless steel and specialty alloys because it offers a unique combination of mechanical, thermal and tribological properties, combined with excellent chemical resistance and electrical performance.
Several PEEK polymer grades and compounds are available to maximize mechanical properties and improve mouldability. It is readily available in finished form such as stock shapes, injection and compression moulded parts, films and coatings.
