A simple photo-tool process is employed by converting your CAD file. Please note, we can redraw your component if you have a sketch or hard copy drawing.

Most thin metals can be etched, many of which are held in our vast stocks, and thicknesses of 0.05 to 1mm are able to be etched. Linear tolerances of ? 10% material thickness can be achieved with no burrs or stress in the metal.

Components can be formed into 3D shapes using tooling manufactured in house for speed and reliability. Various finishing treatments are available including plating, heat treatment, soldering, assembly etc.
