Pinnacle Tooling are Precision Mould Toolmakers and manufacturers of Stack and two colour tools.

Our team of 12 highly trained and skilled engineers backed by support staff manufacture precision mould tools of up to four tonnes for various industries including the electronics trade, connector and mobile phone markets to the medical and automotive industries, to name but a few.

Pinnacle Tooling excels in the design, manufacture, trial and inspection of technical close tolerance mould tools, producing component forms consistently, including designer steels, to dimensional tolerances of less than two microns (0.002 mm) without loss of surface integrity.

As a result, we can optimise the surface finish and accuracy of each mould tool in order to provide maximum production performance and finished product quality.

We have been registered by National Quality Assurance Limited against the provisions of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 since November 1994, therefore efficiency is our by-word.
