Products & Quantities
As converters, our products are fabricated from pre-expanded materials for all usages from simple product protection to quality items for point-of-sale and display. We are able to produce in quantities from one upwards with no upper limit, and with little or no tooling costs.


Design & Production
With the use of the latest in CNC profilers and routers, we are able to offer one of the most comprehensive and advanced design and production services with products ranging from simple pad pieces right through into intricate fabricated moulds and routed shapes, including Tool Control


Polystyrene / Foam Moulds
Moulds are complex 3D shapes which are created from pre-cut and machined materials then fabricated into the final product. For example the objects opposite are specialised packaging which can all be created by our in house Design Department.


Protection / Corner Protection
These products includes items such as End Caps, Corner Protection and Box liners to provide high transport durability. They can be manufactured to any shape and size to provide the highest quality of protection.


Polystyrene Beads
We stock Fire Retardant polystyrene beads used for filling bean bags, packaging and insulation.


Bottle & Mug Packs
We produce standard mug packs as stock items but also custom packs to customer requirements.
Bottle packs are individually designed.


Tool Control
We custom design and manufacture all of our tool control products to make your working environment organised and functional.


Foam / Polystyrene Pads
We can create blocks, sheets and pads at any size required from polystyrene, hard and soft foams.


Letters and Signs
These include signs and specialised point of sale products which provide a stylish and eye catching finish.


Timer / Plywood Cases
We have a number of timber products in our range, some of which are used for display purposes and some purely for transit purposes.

Silver or black ABS Cases in varying sizes & depths. ABS Cases are ideal as sample cases, presentation / display cases, instrument cases or simply as a briefcase. Selected models can be fitted with a telescopic handle and wheels.
