All Regency staff are trained on site to Regency standards and thereafter closely monitored.

High level of owner involvement including the cleaning of customer premises during staff absences.



Prompt and positive response to customer complaints or concerns.



No binding contracts or agreements. In the unlikely event of a customer being dissatisfied with the service provider the service may be terminated at any time.



Regency will within reason carry out carpet cleaning or stripping & polishing linoleum or wooden floors at no extra cost to customer.
