Description

Streamlines capabilities include both waterjet and laser cutting. Waterjet cutting incorporates abrasive and pure water, using multiple head machines which can cut up to 150mm thickness of any material. The laser cutting machinery is configured for both flat bed and rotational cutting. Secondary operations include CNC bending and grinding. Streamline is part of the Responsive Engineering Group.

The Group consists of four companies:

Streamline: waterjet and laser cutting for the manufacture of both prototype and production components to very close tolerances.

Pressex: pressing, forming and assembly of both prototype and production components; tool production and management programmes.

Kingsway: precision machining including turning, milling and EDM.

Weldex: specialist welding for precision component production and reclamation, plus major on-site welding projects.
