Vapour Blasting
Here at RFI Screening, we have five blast rooms all with a variety of different grits and medias as well as five cabinets to fulfil most blasting processes. We also have a selection of mobile equipment for both blasting and metal spray. We specialise in vapour blasting and applying surface treatments to a wide assortment of substrates both ferrous and non-ferrous.

Bead Blasting
We use bead blasting to de-flux brass components before electroplating. We also use bead blasting to create uniform and attractive finishes to stainless steel fabrications. We have 25 years of experience in choosing the correct media, for bead blasting, to meet your requirements.


Grit Blasting
We use grit blasting for effective paint removal. We boast five grit blasting rooms all with different grits and medias to enable us to blast metal components up to almost any size. We use grit blasting on an array of items including car bodies, sculpture restoration and iron gate restoration.


Hot Zinc Spraying
Hot zinc spraying is applied to electronic enclosures for RFI and EMI shielding. Hot zinc spraying provides extended corrosion protection on steel fabrications and castings. We provide high quality thermally sprayed shielding systems in zinc and copper.


Metal Spraying
We use mobile metal spraying equipment and use thermal spraying techniques including combustion flame and electric arc. We provide metal spraying for most metals including:

Mobile Blasting
We have mobile equipment for both blasting and metal spraying. Our mobile blasting facilities enable us to blast a wide variety of bigger items including vehicles, sculptures and buildings.
