CNC Machining West Midlands
We provide CNC machining for West Midlands customers and offer a reliable service at highly competitive prices. We have invested in two Hurco VM3 CNC machining centres.
Our CNC machining in the West Midlands can perform a variety of operations including drilling, milling, boring, and tapping. We work with a diversity of materials and, if required, design our own fixtures and jigs.


Toolmaking West Midlands
We also offer toolmaking for West Midlands clients and have many years experience of production tooling, die casting tools, plastic mould tools, and brass stamping tools, as well as a range of clip tools.
Our toolmaking for West Midlands service includes producing 2D and 3D design drawings. We also manufacture our own electrodes and undertake all milling, turning, spark eroding, and die polishing in our workshop.


CAD CAM
We use the most innovative CAD CAM technology in order to keep ahead in the industry. We can provide our customers with 2D drawings and 3D solid CAD models. We do our own CAD CAM tooling design and use it to program our CNC machines. If you provide us with a 2D drawing, we can help turn your concept into reality.


Engineering
We have many years experience and a vast amount of engineering expertise to offer our customers. We supply a diversity of components made from materials such as plastic, zinc, brass, or aluminium and make all our tooling in our workshop. Our engineering skills enable us to offer one off productions to much larger production runs, with the methods we use depending greatly on the component and material.
