It was really annoying to wait on hold for 60 minutes to schedule an appointment. Not accepting walk-ins. Unfortunately, the security guard is the only one who would let you inside the closed office. She appeared bored and uninterested in her work at all.

Once I was let inside, it was a good experience. When I signed up at the kiosk, I received a prompt callback ( there was no one else in the building). The woman who assisted me was prompt and effective. really competently handled everything.
