De-Flashing
Vibratory De-flashing and Deburring of aluminium and zinc diecastings ensures flash free components, also enhances follow on operations, including powder coating, electro plating, phosphating and passivating.

Derusting/Descaling
Rust removal on steel and iron parts, Supersheen offer a safe and eco-friendly solution for rust removal, resulting in a clean, rust free product inhibited against corrosion, with good shelf life.
De-Scaling
Removal of heat treatment oxide, Supersheen offer a safe eco-friendly solution for scale & oxide removal. Processes used extensively on presswork and machined details, excellent for preparing surfaces prior to plating, electrophoretic deposition, powder coating and spray painting ? ensures zero defects due to surface being free from contaminants.

Using vibratory & barrelling techniques used extensively on presswork, fasteners, wire formed products in all metals.

Vibratory finishing using stainless steel media, produces a bright lustrous finish on diecast aluminium.

Delivery
Supersheen Vehicles operate in the West Midlands from the depot in Witton, Birmingham. We collect- process ? and deliver your products, from your factory. A fast efficient service gives a 24hour turnaround. In addition to the West Midlands postal region we visit surrounding counties i.e. Redditch, Leamington, Tamworth & Derby, Worcester, Leicester and Warwick.
