Surgecam is a privately owned and managed business established since 1988 and specialising in all forms of cable harness assemblies, cable preparation, cable assemblies, wiring harnesses and electro mechanical sub-assemblies to customer specification.
Operating from modern purpose designed freehold premises occupying 26,000 sq ft (2,400m?) Surgecam is based in the North East of England.
Surgecam has a proven track record with regards to outsourcing of customer product and is proud of its customer base both past and present, domestically and overseas.
With extensive automated CNC cable preparation equipment Surgecam can support contracts of both high and low volume requirements at very competitive prices, ranging from simple single wire cable preparation to complex multi wired harness assemblies.

Wiring Harnesses, Wiring Looms
Surgecam has for many years been manufacturing wire harnesses. We can supply harnesses made to your exact specification following drawings or samples provided by you, alternatively we can utilize our extensive experience to design your product with you making use of components that meet your requirements and also provide for a cost effective solution.



Cable And wire preparation
Cut and prepared wires are also offered as Surgecam has high speed automated cut and strip machines. The machines we have can accept different strip length and can be tinned dipped and terminated to any customers drawing.
