We specialise in the supply of fastening technology including fasteners and fastening systems. We provide advice on the most suitable solution for specific applications.
We provide fastening technology to customers ranging from small single site distributors to international mass production operations, including the automotive industry and from local companies to export partners around the globe.


Lockbolts
We manufacture the lockbolt pin and collar fastening system in the West Midlands. Established in 1995, production volume and manufacturing capability have seen continual growth and expansion, such that our lockbolts are used in over 30 countries and on every continent.
We are approved to the automotive standard ISO/TS 16949:2009 for the development and manufacturing of fastening systems.


Starlock
To provide extra grip, our Starlock? fasteners simply push on to the shaft. This product eliminated the cost of threading and grooving operations.
Once fixed in position, the Starlock? push-on fasteners are secure. They cannot be removed without destruction.


Rivet Nuts
We supply a comprehensive range of RIV-TI? rivet nuts in steel, stainless steels and aluminium, plus steel TIBOLT? rivet studs.
As well as rivet nuts we also supply RIV-TI? Flex elastic inserts, CV-Nut Retainers with self-crimping steel cages and Plascage fasteners with plastic or spring steel cages.


Blind Rivets
Our extensive range of standard, structural and plastic blind rivets contains a solution for any application.
Whether you need an easy to install, light duty blind rivet or a high strength blind rivet with large blind side footprint to resist vibration, you are sure to find what you?re looking for.


Assembly Systems
In addition to our standard and multigrip lockbolt pin and collar assembly systems, our impressive range of high quality assembly systems also include spring fasteners from Lisi Automotive and our Lock-Tainer and Ti-Tainer systems for fastening plywood panels.


Installation Tools
We supply an impressive range of installation tools including hydropneumatic, hand or battery operated tools for the installation of lockbolts, rivet nuts or blind rivets.
State of the art installation tools fitted with our TIOS? control system will provide monitoring and documentation of the installation process.


Bodywork Systems
Our bodywork systems range includes sliding roofs, flush doors, roller shutters, cargo control solutions, underrun protection, aluminium dropside systems and an illuminating collection of lighting equipment and systems.


Body Components
We supply an extensive collection of bodywork components. Our bodywork components include our unique elasti range of expanded polyurethane products, door equipment, bumpers, profiles, extrusions, ventilation, gas springs, steps, ladders, storage, air tanks and much more.
